Italy Map HELP NEEDED

I have just installed the map for Italy (I'm going in a week!), and the installation was ok, apart from having to delete my UK map because I only have a 256MB CF card.

But anyway can any one tell me the following:

Is there a speed camera DB for Italy available?

I have no POI's when i review the map in the UK, will this change when I turn it on in Italy?

how can i get my dog to take his tablet?

Any help would be helpful!
