204e will not get a fix

Hi Have one of thes in conjunction with a Dell AXIM X30 , It worked fine for a week or so but now using Destinator on the GPS Staus it will pick up 4 , 5 upto 10 sats and then drop to 0 and never gets a fix , I did a hard reset onthe Axim and installed Haicom test software and it will pick up sats them drop to 0 and never get a fix , Its the same with Mapopolis .Any Idea on where I can reset the Haicom as it always reports the same UTC time of a few weeks ago even after a hard reset of the Axim so I presume the Haicom is keep the date !! Any Help would be great

I have the same issue - haicom 204s with xda iis and destinator 3. It picks up 6 satellites (takes 10 minutes) and then drops to 0 and starts again, never getting a fix. Is this a faulty unit or any other ideas?
It also has the same issue with reporting time of few months ago.
