I have created a custom menu and tested that the format is correct by importing it into.
http://www.skux.net/tomtom/menubuilder/index.php
However, I can not get it to load into mY TTN5.1.
The Required Driectory structure was created for me when I update my POI-Warner to version 2.61.
Any advice would be great. |

Can't help you there. Maybe check the required directory structure again.

To my knowledge TomTom have not released the SDK yet and therefore there IS NO POI-Warner for TT5.x !
Maybe that could explain your troubles: you might be poking around in the wrong directories.
If by chance, I missed the release of POIwarner for TT5, I apologize for misleading you.

Locate a folder called TomTom. Inside this, create a new folder and name it SDKRegistry. Then put the new .mnu file you have created inside this folder and do a soft reset.
I'm assuming you are running a PPC. If you have a Palm, I don't think this works
