What No Cash Dispenser?

I have TT5 installed on a HP1940. When I request 'Navigate to Cash Dispenser' the sceen propmts 'No POI found!' The same applies to others such as Petrol Stations, Parking Garage, Golf Course......

Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong?

This indicates you are using a pirated copy. Please buy a legitimate version.

It is legit. I have upgraded from TT3 via Tom Tom. Took a while. Most of the POI are there just a few groups are missing.
