TTGO Maps USA Upgrade 2005

Has anyone here bought the TTGO Maps USA Upgrade 2005? I received a 1GB SD of just the lower 48 States and no accompanyng CD with the missing States or Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada which were part of the original release. I don't even know whether this is indeed later maps of just the SD which TomTom used to ship in their "plus" premium package (which did come with a companion CD of HI, AS, PR, Guam and Canada). I send a Customer Service message to ask about this and just receive an irrelevant and non-responsive boiler-plate reply with my qustion marker "answered". So I have now asked again. Is anyone else in a similar position?
