From a very quick test I would say the audio is slightly clearer. |

Does someone guess when Garmin will improve Quest firmware to allow it to save different tracks? |

Yes I had this. I started a commend prompt and cd'ed to the directory with the update in it. Then I just ran
updater QuestAudioBritish300.rgn
This worked OK for me |

Now if you read the instructions ..... :D
Having downloaded and unzipped the files, drag and drop the data file over the installer and then install it... for a better instruction .. read the txt file .. I think 8O |

|
|
After upgrading to 3.50, my Quest seems to loose "lock" of the road when in route mode. Out of route mode it locked on to the roads like normal. Also I rather the Quest announce turns as "right" or "left" instead of "north" or "south". Maybe have it be a setting instead?
After reloading 3.40 everything worked fine in route mode.
Any chance of Garmin releasing fun voices for the Quest?

i recently purchased a quest, I notice that version 2.80 is on my Quest right now. I was going to download the upgrade but I see there have been many upgrades over the last little bit. do I have to do each upgrade separately? or can i download ver 3.5 and update all the changes? |

Just apply the latest firmware, you don't have to do them all. ;)
And: do you know the Quest FAQ & HowTo pages? :D _________________ Robert Elsinga =8- )
