RX3715 TT5 BT Solar GPS Woes! -- Finally a positive comment!

For those people out there who suffered at the hands of Tomtom v5 and BT GPS problems I would like to say that the support and advice I have been given has allowed me to resolve the problem and now my GPS is working (until the next TT upgrade perhaps??).

My kit Ipaq RX3715 - Tomtom v5 including updates - Solar BT GPS.

Problem: No matter what settings I used including all the ones recommended on the normal advice lines I could not get it to work. Finally after asking for help PocketGPS support advised it would be best to perform a hardreset (after backing up my data!) etc etc and hey presto the bluetooth GPS started to work as it should. I simply had to restore my PIM data which took minutes and I was back up and running.

Thanks again for the support guys and if anyone else is having similar problems I recommend the support via email option.
