How to Stop POi Warner trying to Sync after uninstall

Hi,
Please can you help?

I have used POi Warner when using Tomtom 3 Navigator. Now that POi Warner is no longer compatible to use with TT5 I have add/removed the Program, however; since doing so when I connect to my PC a pop up pops up and says something along the lines of "Sync Failed" "Program Files/POI Warner.exe could not be found"

This is so annoying I have to press the close down x button every time I craddle my XDA2i.

Please help me
