tomtom 3 + traffic

hiya, got tomtom 3 a few months ago but never been using it that much no im gogin to use it lots and so got my 1 month traffic free test. it gave me a user name and password but said click on my traffic to get the link, but in my traffic it still says "no traffic" has some one got the plug in so i can use it or can i download it somewere else? thansk james

ps tyed entering the free code and it said allreayd used
