The two best prices for the TTG 300 are.
(1) Maplins £339.99 with £30 voucher. the only way to get vouchers is to sign up for their news letter which to be honest does have some very good deals. Bear in mind the vouchers only last for a month but you do get them every month. Click the link below.
http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?ModuleNo=45915&doy=28m5
(2) Currys £344.99 with promotional code which for this month is JUNE25OFF just cut and paste the code when you get to the checkout screen. Click the link below.

How about the best price offered.
I have a TomTom 300 purchased from Comet on 22 May. The box has been opened, but the 300 is still wrapped and has never been opened/used etc. As the box has been opened, it cannot be returned for a full refund.
Anyone offering a sensible price could be the owner of a brand new item for far less than the above prices. If interested, contact be at gas4sale@btopenworld.com |

I bought mine in Dixons Duty Free at Heathrow. Even though i was travelling to a EU country i still got it at a tax free price of £314. Didnt have to take it with me either - i picked it up after customs on the way back to arrivals. Full guarantee - any problems i just return it to the high street |

I cant believe that Currys would not take back your TTG just because the box had been opened, what excuse did you give for returning it ? |

Thanks for the information about buying a Tomtom in duty free but really I was trying to help anyone looking to buy one in this country and not on their way out to another. _________________ TTG 300,External Aerial

If you also use your Egg card for your purchase on Monday 30th at Curry's, you will also get 17.5% off with cash back.
That should make it about £285.
Not a bad price!! |

Well, with the reputation that egg have got for their website being down and people not being able to to pay the balance on time and then on top of that being charged £20 for late payment and then on top of that you tell them but your site was down so i could not pay, only to be told you should not have left it till the last minute to pay your bill.
WOULD ONE REALLY WANT AN EGG CARD ? _________________ TTG 300,External Aerial

Eh? Never had any problems with the Egg website myself, and using the "but the website was down" excuse is a pretty poor show considering that there are a number of other methods to pay a balance. |

I ordered one from Currys on monday with mt EGG card to get the 17.5% off. I didn't know about the additional £25 off - Doh.
I've been an extremely satisfied EGG customer for the past 4 or 5 years and have never had a problem paying my bill on time. |

Not a bad deal, but for the sake of six quid or so I don't think I would take the risk (no matter how apparently small) of buying through ebay when you can get it from a "reputable" retail dealer for only a few quid more. |

Meant to add to the last post, it can be had cheaper online from Dixons/Currys/PCWorld anyway as there is always discount vouchers floating around the net (curently JUNE25OFF @ Currys, DISCOUNT25 @ Dixons etc.) and they do free delivery. |
