Root menu..

I seem to have all manner of things in my Root menu.. can someone please give me a basic list of what exactly should be in her please.
I have not only numerous 'pocketgps' camera files, but also the GB map and navigation map...should this really be in here as well as the main menu (via the disc) its taking up huge amounts of space

I am using V5 with old maps.
