Can I use TT3 Europe Maps on TTGO ?

Have just purchased TTGo 300 thinking that I can use my European maps from TT3. Have I made a big mistake in purchasing Go 300?

Any thoughts on how I can get my maps onto TTGo would be gratefully rec'd.

No, the GO needs at least v4 maps. But your v3 maps should make you eligible for a cheaper upgrade.
