| Does anyone know the maximum number of POI's you can create in this new version? You could only have about 40 on the previous version 4.42 |

Just for orientation...
It's limited to 40 POI categories
Within each category there is no limit.
I'm running more than 30.000 POI's in 3 categories

It is probably true if you include all the built-in POI categories - which you can't get rid of. But you can only have 40 user-added categories.
Maybe the ebay ad was created by a redundant New Labour Spin Doctor?

It which case it "aspires" to 81 and a realistic target will be set by the appropriate ministry.
Mr Blair continued, "However, the real question we should be asking is what are the causes of this aspiration and (pause) what are we (pause) as a government (another pause) considering to permit its asylum application?"

The actual total number of POI categories is 96. The number available depends on the country map data that are using as some have more built in categories than others.

Does that mean that, for example, with the original MRE maps - which had no built-in POIs - you could have 96 user-defined categories?
If so, that's interesting. My assumption until now was that there was a limit of 40 user-defined categories regardless of how many built-in ones there were.
