Speed readout Accuacy - Nav 4.2

I'm using a Medion Navigator 4.2, has anyone seen any info on the accuracy of the speed readout on this system. I only ask because of the 4 vehicles I run all their speedo readings differ from the GPS readout by up to 10mph at motorway speeds, it would be nice to know that the GPS reading is spot on. Anyone help?

GPs speed readings are very accurate on the straight and level and at a constant speed. The cars speedo is usually reading slightly faster than your true speed. However I think I remember a post here once, trust the Police first, then your car, then GPS to stay safely within the limit. Good advice I think.
