tomtom go 300 and internal gyroscope thing

Does anyone know if the tomtom go 300 has the assistent navigation feature that the old tomtom go apparently used to have? On my go 300, when it loses the sat signal, it appears to keep tracking me, but it could just be assuming I'm staying at the same speed - I haven't been able to work out if it's using that gyroscope system that the old model had. And the speed display disappears anyway.

No, the 300 doesn't have ASN, but the 500 and 700 do.
