TomTom Autozoom Problem

Hi there,

I have searched and found little about this subject (Only 1 mixed post about TomTom Go).

I have TomTom nav. Pack for my PalmOne Zire 72. Everything works great, execpt:

When on the highway, I like to zoom out, because its so boring seeing just a road. I'd like to see a far out zoom sometimes just to see exactly where i am related to other towns, not other roads.

Problem is, when I zoom out, it automatically zoom back in after about 5-10 seconds. And zoom right back into the road.

Is there any way to disable the autozoom thing, or an update or fix that will allow me to zoom out and keep it there? (I kind of expected I could just leave it zoomed out where and when i pleased).

No, that's no longer possible (it was possible in TTN3 for the Pocket PC)

You can change to the safety screen (you should do that anyhow on highways) - that one is slightly more informative.
