Complete novice needs Help

Hey

I am brand spankin new to this forum and the world of GPS, so i need help.

Iam looking for a cheap and cheer full GPS system, with the noraml PDA function and also one that can be updated and linkup to my PC.

Also i have read that you can get software to locate mobile and fix camaras is this ture and what all can it detect

and if this is ture the PDA would be to be able to handle this feature or software.

also what is the diff between and PDA and pocket Pc i used to think there was no differance but looking through the site i tihnk i might be wrong.

So what do u tihnk would suit my needs best.

I need to be able to make notes,

Calander functions

alarm

stuff like that

store files,
