HPipaqrz1700 wont boot

Hi

I've got an HPipaqrz1700 with tomtomgo installed. My battery had run out so I had to do a hard rest and now i cant get past the align screen menu.
I've logged an on-line call with HP but I need help now.

Why did you need to do a hard reset? Normally when the battery runs flat the device does this on its own once power comes back.

You may need to apply slightly more pressure for the initial calibration.

Is the Pocket PC recognized when you connect it to the PC?
