BT77 Sync

Hi, sorry to ask another, probably simple question. I cant for the life of me get the BT77 Bluetooth GPS to sync with my 5550 Ipaq. I am using Memory Map OS 2004 Navigator and in the setup screen I have tried various settings. I have it currently on Manufacturer: NMEA, Port: Com5 (bluetooth serial port), Baud:4800/9600. I get Communication timeout every time I try and connect.

Where am I going wrong?

BTW: In Bluetooth Manager I have connected to the device (both secure/encrypted and unsecure, the passcode I have tried is 0000 which it sometimes asks for.
