Find the right kit

I've been browsing arount trying to find the right gps kit for my car, each time I seem to get near it fails on one point. The spec I need is all main european countries in detail, easy to swap from vehicle to vehicle, ability to import CSVs so camera info can be imported from this site. I've got about £300 to spend on the right thing and can reclaim vat.

Navman iCN 630 seems a good spec and is coming into the right price bracket on ebay, but no CSV import so I understand. Mitac Mio 269 suffers in the same way. Tomtom stuff, Garmin and so on, by the time you add the maps is all over the top.

I've started looking at PDA bundles, but finding it a bit hard going, can't seem to find out what countries the Aldi one covers or if you can get it on line. Plus of course bundles will be a bit of a pain to swap from vehicle to vehicle.

Any help available from better informed and more experienced hands?
