Well how completely and utterly unhappy am I

Over a month ago I ordered a proclip and an ipaq 3630 mount with cable holder

I got the pro clip after 2 weeks of ignored emails and a load of phone calls - and it fits fine and im happy with it

The holder however - well they sent me the wrong one (39xx) and I had to return it at my own cost

They said it would take 3 or 4 days to get the right one in from Brodit and then it would go straight out - that was 2 weeks ago - and its now over 1 month from the original order date

Emails still ignored - every time I ring I just get "oh were still waiting for stock" but I have to ring THEM - even though they have my email and phone number they never contact me to explain any delays

Completely and utterly sick of dealing with this company - I am now going to chase a refund with either navcity or my credit card company if nescessary

I would NEVER deal with these people ever again!
