--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My PDA crashed the otherday and now I cannot get tom tom 2 to work correctly.
I loaded it all back from a factory restore but all that seems to happen is i get "Destination will be set when GPS signal is more reliable"
However I have a good signal with 6-9 locks on the satilites and the gps fixed light is on.
I have a sirf4800 gps with a toshiba E350 PDA. It has done this before but worked after a restore!
I use this for my work and need it asap.
Please help |

As you appear to have communication with the GPS from your navigation software, you may find that if you leave the setup running for an hour or two with a clear view of the sky that it will lock. I have seen the kind of behaviour you describe before - it may possible relate to corrupt stored data on the GPS.

I get that problem sometimes, if you switch to Map mode (top left corner) and then switch back to Navigator then it'll pick it up |
