Complete beginner, need advice on which sat nav

Thanks for reading, briefly I am looking for a sat nav system with the following features :

UK and Europe maps, USA if possible too

Ability to import speed camera locations from UK

Battery driven, at least four hours of constant use if possible

Small enough to carry around if needed

Option for external antenna and power source

Easy to use

I have looked at the tom tom go (too bulky) and also the Navman 510 (seems ok)
