How to identify .img filename of a map tile in Mapsource?

When you open Mapsource, you can see the different map tiles (rectangles) that you can select and upload to your Garmin device. I assume that each of these tiles corresponds to an .img file on my hard drive (in the appropriate Garmin subdirectory). Does anyone know how to determine what the filename for a particular map tile is?

I tried a workaround to this by selecting the rectangle I'm interested for upload, and then saving a Mapsource .gdb file. I thought I might be able to find the filename by looking in the .gdb file with a hex editor, but all I could recognize was the descriptive name of the tile. If anyone knows how to make this method work, I'd be interested in hearing from you, too.

..If you load a maptile saved as a gdb file into Image2Gps it will show what you require.
