 Can anyone help When i try to load the smartphone PC software onto my laptop it will not load. a there is an error when i put the product key in. can anyone help please |

I start to load the software, and after i have entered the product code i click the next button and a box appears. it has severe in the top left hand corner in the blue bit, then underneath it says"an unspecified errer has occurred," then i click that box and it says" inccorect product code" . but it is the correct product code(i have put it in at least 1000 times) so i cannot get past the product code stage. I should say the software WILL load on other laptops it is just mine that i am having a problem with. also i should say that i have tried just about everything to find out the problem and it still eludes me and many other people. i have tried all the usual things and some unusual there seems to be nothing wrong with my laptop(allthough there must be) the solution to this problem is driving me mad. if anyone can help that would be great. but if you suggest anythig to easy i have probably done it.

I would give ALK Technical Support a call (email usually doesn't get much of a response) and get them to check the code. It maybe that what you believe you think is the code, isn't. e.g. an I is an L or vice versa, or perhaps a 1. Other than that, it maybe that a wrong code has been generated, and they should be able to help out.
There's probably very little we could do here as we don't have access to the ALK code generators so this one will really need to be passed by ALK. |

| done that . the chip works fine having entered the code on to my phone. so it is the correct code . |
