Tom Tom 3 Traffic /SE T610 BT Problem

Hi

I have been using Tom Tom 3 for about 4 weeks now with UK Maps on a IPaq 4150 with BT receiver (TT). Works fine.

Upgraded to use the Traffic plug in, which works fine when connected to my Wireless network at home. However if I try to use it on the road with my Sony Ericsson T610 (also BT), the phone loses the BT connection as soon as I start TT. The TT connection stays strong.

Any clues as to why I can't have the phone and TT connected at the same time?

Phone works fine with PDA when TT isn't running.

The problem may be with your PDA - it may not support two serial connections at the same time.

Thanks to all. Got answer from a poster in another forum here.

Must connect to GPS first, then dial the phone connection directly rather than using Explorer to do it.

Worked first time!
