SmartST V2 vs. SmartST V3

Did anyone come up with the difference between the two versions? I'm curious, as Comet are selling the Navman ICN510 with SmartST V2, PCWorld and Currys are selling it with SmartST V3 - both at the same costs.

Incidentally, if you're ordering from the internet - PCWorld charge £4.99 for delivery, Currys charge £7.99 for the same item...

Along the same lines - Halfords also charge £4.99 delivery, but have a 28 day cooling off period, PCWorld can only manage 14 days.

The iCN510 only ships with V3 and, according to Navman, cannot run the V2 software and maps.
