Bluettoth GPS with submetric accuracy

Hi everyone! I am trying to find a Bluettoth device to connect to a Pocket PC Hand Held but I need submetric accuracy (accuracy =< 1m) Is it possible? Someone told me that there was a software that could make it possible? Thank you very much

No, this is not possible with the budget you have. You'll need to spend 10K plus and use terrestrial DGPS to get to that level of DOP
