Hi,
This may seem a stupid question. I am about to run disk defrag on the 2 drives on my pc and then I realised that with the TTGo plugged in there is also the TTGo drive that can be defraged.
Should I / Could I defrag my tom tom? It s had loads of files added and removed so it may need it. Perhaps it would run faster after
As my grandad used to say: no such thing as a stupid question , just a stupid answer.
Regards

I remember reading in the instructions to one of my Sony digital cameras that it is not recommended to defrag flash memory. I seem to recall that it reduces its life expectancy. |

Rather than subject it to a defrag, why not just copy all to disc. Drag the SD contents to recycle/trash. Then copy all your stuff back on. |

Your grandad was right. It's not a stupid question,
Yes you can defrag the sd card. In fact it's recommended.
