hello guys im new to this tomtom thing after 5 hours of trying to install it i ended up with a working tomtom but its in a foriegn language , i have tried to reinstall english over it but it does nothing , is there a setting in the software on the pda to change language ,if there is can someone show what icon im looking for as the icons are in german or dutch Laughing Out Loud

this is doing my head in and i may end up in an institution
i have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr help

Uninstall everything program related from the Pocket PC (Start menu, Settings, System tab, Remove Programs - you should have TomTom Navigator, TomTom ~ GPS which will probably require removing twice to go, and maybe one or two others) and from ActiveSync's Add/Remove Programs (with the Pocket PC connected, click on each TomTom program and press the Remove button).

The only thing I'd leave behind is any maps you installed and the voice files if they're English.

Install again from scratch - probably using the latest version of Navigator 3 from the downloads section of support.tomtom.com. If you're not using Traffic, the Navigator 3.07 package includes GPS 3.07, the latest version of TomTom GPS.
