Downloaded the upgrade and tried to install it on a Medion MDPPC250. Installer starts then message saying Vn 4 not installed so exiting. Vn 4.0.1 installed and working for about 6 weeks. Anybody else having a problem? |

You have to install the upgrade on the PC you have the MapExport installed on as it's an upgrade, not a whole new package... nor is it like the 'dropin' upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0.1
If that's what you tried, I'd suggest uninstalling 4.0, rebooting and reinstalling 4.0 followed by the 4.2 update |

Thanks for that Hunnymonster, I'll try the re-install but it will need to be 4.0.1 as that is what I received from Navigon when I upgraded. |
