XDA I troubles

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.
I have the first version of the XDA 1 (with 32 Mb memory)
and when I try to install Tomtom 3 the Tomtom 3 installation
freezes on my XDA at the moment my desktop PC says I
have to watch the XDA to (maybe) finalize steps on the XDA.
I have the free memory required for both the installation
and running of the program. Any help is welcome!
Also tried to run the 3.01 or 3.03 updates from Tomtom, but
then my desktop computer doesn't continue at the copying screen.

have you tried copying the CAB files directly to the XDA I and run them from there?

No I haven't tried that, but'I'm a complete newbie to this.
I don't know which CAB-files to copy!

on your desktop, search for files *.CAB - the TomTom Installer has left them there. The ones you need will mention ARM as the processor type.
