 The Ordnance Survey Outdoor Show was held at Birmingham NEC again this year. Once again it combined six shows in one: The Outdoors show, Canoe 2005, Climb 2005, Go Diving, Adventure Sports, Adventure Travel. A real feast for us outdoor types.
This year the show was spread over four halls all interconnected making it easy to get about. Each hall had a particular interest section, with the outdoor and mapping products in hall 12.
On the Memory Map stand was one of the people that has genuinely shaped my life: Sir Chris Bonington.
