TomTom announce the latest version of their Navigator range

 TomTom have announced the latest version of their range of Navigator software at 3GSM in Cannes: TomTom Mobile 5 for the SmartPhone.
TomTom have not only implemented FULL UK POSTCODE support, but they have also allowed a number of different routing options, and a new BT GPS receiver.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the functionality will be included in the next version of TomTom Navigator for PDA, Palm and for TomTom GO. An interesting item not directly related to GO is the fact that new maps can be downloaded (I assume over the air). This may mean that TomTom now have the technology for map downloads in the new releases which of course could be over the internet.
