HGV Drivers Cross Border Confusion Date: Tuesday, September 08 @ 06:23:29 UTC Topic: Concerns have been raised at the Berwickshire Area Forum, run by Scottish Borders Council, about heavy goods vehicles drivers not being aware that speed limits differ in Scotland to England and Wales.
