In a follow up to Tuesday's hands off the wheel story, another incident emphasises that speed cameras are not just for catches speeders.
This time, John Naisbitt, from Hetton-le-Hole near Sunderland, was caught speeding at 70mph in a 60mph speed zone by a mobile camera on the A59 in North Yorkshire - he was also seen by the camera footage to allow a child to kneel or stand, unrestrained by a seat belt on the front passenger seat.
