 California, USA(CNN) A Judge in a murder trial ruled on Tuesday that evidence dealing with the GPS tracking of a suspect accused of murder after his wife's disappearance will be admitted in the trial.
Judge Al Delucchi also ruled that the prosecution must disclose details of the equipment used and its location to defense counsel despite objections that such information was privileged and might hamper future investigations.
