In these days of gloomy economic news and cuts it comes as a refreshing breath of fresh air to hear that a company is bucking the trend and expanding it's workforce. Even more pleasing is that it is in the SatNav industry where a lot of companies are shrinking their workforces.

NNG have had a good trading year in 2011 so much so that they are looking to employ 50 new people in their head offices in Hungary. The good news is that the recruits are not in sales and marketing but in product development and quality assurance.

The growth in the company's fortunes is coming from diversifying into the automotive OEM market. This is a market sector that has largely been ignored for the last few years with the traditional in-built manufacturers dominating sales. There will be stiff competition from TomTom and Garmin amongst others but this is a big market with plenty of opportunities.
