 It will hopefully not have escaped your notice that PocketGPSWorld has had a makeover.
Our brand has remained basically unchanged since we launched 7 years ago. We had a small makeover a few years back but we were long overdue for a complete change.
This time around we chose to employ brand professionals to come up with a fresh, new, modern logo that we can use across all our operations and the globe-orbit is the result.
With the theme of satellites orbiting the globe and icons that represent some of the key areas and technologies that we cover it meets the brief and we like it.
We've already implemented the changeover on the site with a tweak of the colour schemes and a 3D effect for the page (you may need to maximise your browser window to see the 3D shadow).
As we have had the old 'look' for so long it may take time before all of you warm to it but its fresh, modern and given the debates that ensued in settling on this one, its here to stay for at least the next 7 years!
