Flora London Marathon - flying the flag for Leukaemia Care

Sunday 13th is the annual London Marathon. This year my sister is running in aid of Leukaemia Care, if any of our readership would care to donate a few pounds to a very good cause you can do so easily online here.
I can only marvel at what's involved to get fit for such an undertaking but it's a fantastically deserving cause so any donations you can make would be very welcome. Bev will be sporting a PocketGPSWorld.com baseball cap so give her a cheer if you're on the route or indeed if you're running too!
A number of runners will doubtless have been making use of the many GPS based training devices now available such as Garmin's Foreunner series so for anyone who is running or spectating and would like a route file, there is an excellent resource here that has the route available for download in .crs and .gpx formats as well as .kml for Google Earth.
