News: Tragic Irony As Biker Crashes Into Speed Camera Sign

43 year old biker Martin Thompson was killed when he crashed into a speed camera warning signpost.

Police think that Martin was travelling at 82 mph when the crash happened in Talke, Staffordshire last September.

He was overtaking a 60 mph line of traffic when a car in front of him also moved to overtake. He consequently lost control of his Yamaha bike, sliding across the road and up the kerb.
