News: TomTom And Renault Launch In-Dash Electric Vehicle Nav
With 'range-anxiety' being top of the list of concerns for buyers considering a move to electric vehicles, TomTom and Renault have partnered to launch the Carminat TomTom Z.E LIVE, an in-dash navigation system for Renault's range of electric vehicles and fitted as standard to the Fluence Z.E.
Equipped with information on charge stations, a display that shows the planned journey with a battery range overlay and battery management integration, the Carminat TomTom Z.E LIVE also has the usual TomTom features plus LIVE features including HD Traffic, automatic updating of charge stations, Local Search, Weather and IQ Routes.
