	News: Swedish Drivers Get Paid to Slow Down The guys over at Wired report that a Swedish speed camera has been introduced which rewards Drivers when they keep to the speed limit. The self funding project is an initiative that is paid for by speeders who are caught speeding by the self-same camera. It's a simple, but clever idea. When passing the camera, if you're speeding, you get a ticket as normal, if you drive at or under the speed-limit you automatically get entered into a lottery.
