	News: Arizona drops Redflex as Speed Camera Supplier Arizona, the pioneering Speed Camera State, is formally notified Redflex that it will not be renewing its contract for Speed and Red Light Cameras when it expires in 2011. The Arizona Department of Public Safety is quoted as saying: "DPS wishes it to be clear that its decision not to renew the contract is not a reflection of your company's [Redflex] services or performance of the contract but a change in the agency's focus". Although it is not clear if the change in focus is a reduction or withdrawal of photo enforcement, or a change in providers. Redflex, an Australian company, is the largest supplier of red light and speed cameras in the USA with installations in over 240 cities. Click here to read more... Click here to discuss...
