News: Tracking Trips With Trimble AllSport GPS for iPhone
 Trimble Outdoors have announced AllSport GPS, an application which turns an iPhone 3G into a "personal trainer" for monitoring outdoor fitness and performance.
AllSport GPS is designed for the outdoor enthusiast and encompasses activities such as walking, running, hiking, cycling, mountain biking and snowboarding. Performance can be tracked in real-time by monitoring distance covered, time, speed and calories burned.
The app included map images, recommended routes, route sharing and thousands of rides and hikes from Bicycling and Backpacker magazines.
