Not much of interest in the changelog for 7.23.0

- Fixed an issue with maps not unlocking on the FR965.
- Fixed an issue with Express not uploading any wellness data to GC when a user
adds a wearable to a new account.
- Fixed an issue with the Removable Storage option not appearing on the
Manage Maps screen.
- Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
