New type speed camera?

Apparently, spotted in Southend on Sea, is a new type of camera.
Identified as four sets of white 3 strips across the road at traffic lights.
The camera detects if you go through a red light and also if you speed through the junction.
This is from a report on Face Book.
The article also says that they are to be introduced at nearby Basildon.

Does anybody know anything about them?

They are called RedSpeed cameras. Probably the same in a new coat. They do that in some areas.

Just to confuse matters there is a company called 'RedSpeed' who make these cameras as well as them being referred to as 'RedSpeed' (i.e. redlight and speed camera). They also get referred to as "Speed on Green" Redlight cameras.
