Tomtom go app on android, running on multiple devices

I bought the app from Google play yesterday, version 1.15, it loaded up fine onto my Samsung S5, but I felt it might be better on my Tab 4 8 inch as the maps are a bit naff IMO.

I open the app on the Tab 4, go to upgrade as I have the basic free one on there, I tap Restore Purchases and get this screen.

I've already set up a new account for this, but it won't accept the password or email address.

I'm not sure what to do next, can anyone help?

I did the same the app is locked to the device you purchased it for. I if you ring tom tom support they can transfer to another account.

I'm more inclined to request a refund, I'd not have bought it if I'd known of this restriction..

you don't need number, u can request refund within 48 hours with android in-app purchases via google. after 48 hours you can request refund from the supplier.

also this should be in the tomtom software forum as this is for an app not pnd
