A quick look at the submission map with B4295 as a search says that it's NW of Swansea near Gowertowen and the SPECS are in the DB awaiting verification.
One of them is 186896 but don't know when it was submitted.

It's crazy where some SPECS have sprung up. Newquay has some 30mph SPECS on the Henver Road.

Great. No, you can't do that here. Instead, email them to MaFt@pocketgpsworld.com with a covering note. Or upload them to (say) dropbox and post the link.

So presumably, somewhere close is the lighting modules, usually looking like LED's. Those small cameras need them for night use.

Thanks for the photos. Ideally, what is required for photographic verification is a clear photo of the cameras so they can definitely be identified as SPECS and not ANPR. Also, include a shot of them in their environs so that this can be compared with streetview for location confirmation. Any written evidence that they are SPECS, such as info from the local council or 'safety partnership' would also be useful.

I'll third that. So now we are certain of what they are, just need a couple of good photos of where they are.

Lots of SafeZone in Bedfordshire and those on urban roads with street lighting do not have additional flood lights and I'm sure those on unlit roads don't have them either. The cameras have infra-red and Siemens web site makes no mention of additional lighting requirements. Will check next time I'm out and about.
