Activation Problems on Ipaq 3970?

Hi all, newbie here........ :D

I have Smart St upgrade v.1.91 running on an Ipaq 3970.

Ipaq needed to be hard reset, and on reinstalling Navman, and registering,is still telling me I need to register?
"Authentication Error - Please register SmartST Professional from the application installer CD."

Ive reinstalled the software, so my PC link is working,and Navman tell me I have registered via the installer screen, but still no luck?

I have my Firewall turned off.

No replies either to any of my e-mails to Navman? Are they always like that?

I'd greatly appreciate if anyone could help with this, or do I need to call Navman on the phone number I found on here.

Also, I haven't received any further upgrades sine I bought this , nor any communications from Navman - am I missing something?
